James Flanagan Most Improved Publication Award Winners

First presented in 1988 the Flanagan Award was named for Past President James Flanagan of the Florida Cattleman. He also initiated the Publications Contest and the Actiongram newsletter. Prior to the Flanagan Award, a Most Improved award was given in 1986 and 1987.
